We are looking for a General Manager to oversee the operations of
one of our clients elderly care homes in Berkshire.
This is
an exciting opportunity to join a well regarded care organisation and
manage this purpose built facility.
The ideal candidate will have
management experience in a dementia care home, working with residents
with complex care needs and an in-depth understanding of CQC and other
regulatory requirements.
The General Manager will be
responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the home,
ensuring that all staff members are trained and equipped to provide
the highest quality of care to the residents. The General Manager will
also be responsible for maintaining compliance with all CQC
regulations and standards.
