This position offers an unrivalled opportunity, including our 12-month training and immersion programme, allowing an in-depth understanding of the DNA of our business, to work with our leaders, and to train amongst our thriving teams, setting you up for success before beginning your own Azumi journey, leading and driving one of our existing or new locations.

As a General Manager, you need to be an impressive operator who has a passion for constantly delivering amazing service and guest interaction. With an already loyal guest repertoire, you must understand how to maintain and enhance luxury experiences, driving a further following to the restaurant.

We look for leaders who can be an inspiration to their teams; motivators who can galvanise those around them to perform and thrive in vibrant, high energy working environments.

The ideal candidate must come to us from a similarly busy and high-quality establishment. You should be proactive and solutions-focused, with a business-minded approach, demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to drive revenue.
