As a Pub General Manager, your duties will entail a range of responsibilities, including organising and serving behind the bar and managing the cellar. You are also responsible for creating and maintaining the weekly rota. Additionally, it's worth noting that the pub is almost exclusively focused on wet sales, emphasising beverages over food offerings. The pub is currently seeking an individual who can lead our team effectively and ensure that we remain deeply embedded within the community as a cherished hub.

Hours of Work:  Full Time

Pub General Manager Requirements:

• Enthusiastic
• Customer Service Skills
• Management experience

Pub General Manager Benefits:

• £28,000- £32,000 per annum, dependant on experience
• Freedom to influence everything in the pub
• Strong existing team of staff.

• No very late nights, last orders are never later than midnight.
