Geography Teacher

Location: Dover

Start Date: September 2024

Contract: Full time, long-term

Geography Teacher (KS3) – Dover

Your Role:

  • As a Geography Teacher for Key Stage 3 (KS3) you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students.  
  • Instilling in them a deep understanding and appreciation of the world around them.
  • You will deliver engaging and innovative lessons that ignite curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and promote geographical literacy among our pupils.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable
  • Thorough understanding of the Key Stage 3 geography curriculum
  • Strong classroom management skills and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. (Or willing to obtain one)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
