If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We at Twenty4Seven Education are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic German Teacher to join one of our esteemed secondary schools in Coventry.

As a German Teacher, you will have the chance to inspire and educate students in the beautiful language and rich culture of Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive German lessons that cater to students' diverse learning needs and abilities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and empowered to learn and communicate in German.
  • Integrate authentic materials, cultural insights, and multimedia resources to enhance students' understanding of the German language and culture.
  • Differentiate instruction to support students of varying proficiency levels, providing tailored support and challenge as needed.
  • Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their language acquisition and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enrich cross-curricular connections, organize cultural events, and promote language learning beyond the classroom.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in language education.
  • Fluent in German with a strong command of written and spoken language.
  • Experience teaching German to students of varying ages and proficiency levels (preferred but not required).
  • Passion for language teaching, cultural exchange, and fostering global citizenship.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
