We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a German speaking
Outbound Customer Representative to join an international software &
technology company based in Manchester. Your role will be to make
regular outbound contact to business customers to work with them to
complete their business agreement.
Location of the
job
Manchester - 2 days a week office based (Monday & Tuesday), 3
days per week remote / work from home (WFH)

Job
responsibilities of the German speaking Outbound Contact
Representative
As their German speaking Contact Representative, you
will work as part of their international, multilingual client team,
making outbound telephone calls and email to clients to work with them
to complete all documents in the correct time.
You role will
typically include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Contact business clients and sector organisations to encourage them to complete all assessments and documents
- Make the required number of calls in each campaign
- Identify potential queries to allow enough time to solve this query for a completion
- Provide professional support to all users and ensure that calling activity is undertaken professionally
- To escalate complex issues to the team lead and other departments as needed
- To collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Work in team meetings and training sessions as required
The successful candidate background
- Fluency in both English and German
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Experience providing exceptional customer service
- Experience in a high volume outbound calling environment would be beneficial
- Ideally experienced in a busy SaaS business, working to deadlines and resolving queries in a timely manner
- Comfortable working towards individual targets and SLAs
Salary, benefits and working
hours
£25,000 - £31,000 + benefits (Private pension scheme, 25 days
