Global Personal Care Category Strategy & Insights Executive

Base location: London
 

About The Role
We are looking for a Category Strategy & Insights Executive to support the Global Personal Care Category Strategy & Insights Leads working with the European, African and LATAM markets.

Purpose of the Role

  • Collaborating with the Category Strategy & Insights Business Unit Leads on Market-specific Projects to ensure robust resourcing and support for key markets.
  • Leading the Personal Care Community of Practice to share best-in-class case studies and effective category strategy applications from all markets through a dedicated Personal Care Knowledge Hub .
  • Taking charge of the implementation of the Point of Sales Excellence Program for Personal Care, aligning with the central POS team guidelines.
  • Overseeing the Sustainability storytelling for Personal Care Customer Development, ensuring the markets have access to the right resources for creating impactful externally facing narratives.
  • Establishing an Insights Library to compile reports and relevant datasets for the Personal Care Strategy & Insights team across EU, Africa and LATAM.

Provide input to

  • Channel-specific Category Growth Strategies, supporting the Business Unit leads;
  • Trade Stories that aid the markets in impactful and data-driven storytelling, leveraging data points from R&D, Brand and Category Management

Qualifications and skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer facing roles.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with an aptitude for connecting the dots.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to shaping the category growth strategy agenda.
  • Effective communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a cooperative environment.
  • Proficient in using Power Point and Excel.
