Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services. Client verticals include Financial Institutions, Retail & Commerce and Digital Partners, Governments and many others.

Global VP – Channel Sales & Partnerships
The role is responsible for overseeing and executing our Global Channel Partner strategy to drive sizeable recurring ‘one to many’ revenue flows. The role is responsible for prioritizing areas of focus to forge and execute alliances for mutual beneficial growth – identifying both proprietary and external solutions that are driving (1) extraordinary benefits to the end-users, (2) scalable recurring revenues to Mastercard with (3) good quality of delivery execution and (4) ease for implementation as well as identifying partners and alliances that are leveraging on Mastercard assets (our products, channels, data as ingredient, other) and Partner assets (e.g. Products, distribution channels). The role is a manager of managers that will interact with and manage C-level relationships at some of the largest brands in the world and is expected to sustain a high performing culture. This role is ultimately responsible to meet and exceed global revenue targets on strategy – both from existing and new partners.

Responsibilities
• Be the voice and set the vision for the future of Data & Services Channel Sales & Partnerships for all regions
• Meet assigned global revenue targets through and with channel partners
• Define, drive, measure and adjust global tactics to optimize revenue impact based on alignment with Regional Leadership and key stakeholders
• Manage teams to maintain pipeline of qualified prospective partners and conversion metrics
• Manage teams to drive onboarding and activation of new partners to decrease time to revenue
• Empower broader Advisors Business Development teams to identify and sign new partners
• Partner with Mastercard stakeholders (eg Enterprise Partnerships) to jointly win new partners
• Engage internal Mastercard resources and key stakeholders in support of global strategy execution (e.g. direct sales, Product Liaisons, marketing, compliance, legal, etc)
• Manage channel pipeline, forecast reporting and track progress of all KPIs throughout partner lifecycle
• Manage teams to remain focused on high-potential partners only, developing joint business plan that defines strategies and activities to meet revenue goals
• Attend and drive key partner quarterly business reviews and governance meetings
• Provide partner and market feedback loop to internal functions (e.g. sales, product, marketing) to spur program efficiencies and development roadmaps

All About You
• Intrapreneurial and creative mindset – passionate about creating new ventures
• Relevant channel, partnerships or sales leadership experience with proven success in recruiting and developing new partners, ideally around data-driven solutions
• P&L management experience with comfortability in managing, reporting and owning revenue targets
• Experience sourcing, qualifying, screening and forming business relationships with Partner stakeholders and executive level decision-makers
• Pragmatic approach with a consistent sense of urgency and action-oriented
• Comfortable with data, analytics, martech stacks, SaaS models
• Experience hiring, managing and developing high performance revenue producing teams
