Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Good Receipts Administrator at Emirates Stadium in London. As Good Receipts Administrator, you will be accountable for all facets of administration within the Culinary Department; you will be assisting the Food Controller and Beverage Manager with purchasing, receiving, and distribution. • Adhere to Delaware North policies in purchasing activities, ensuring consistent approach and reduce potential risk to the company
• Liaise with the procurement team to ensure accurate electronic purchasing and system data source information, with proficiency in procure to pay procurement system
• Assist on-site managers with invoicing and reporting, managing the administration of day-to-day ordering, receiving, and distribute stock within the department 
• Review open purchase orders, escalating any issues as necessary
• Ensure the operation is in accordance with current company and legal practice, management, and measurement of all areas of responsibility

• 1+ years’ experience 

• Excellent systems and Excel skills with the ability to make complex pivot tables
