Graduate Business Development Assistant

As a Graduate Business Development Executive, you will:

• Provide account management support, ensuring lasting relationships with existing customers.
• Use the lead generation CRM to identify and follow up on leads, generating new business and tailoring to clients needs.
• Produce accurate estimates and pricing, providing quotes to customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of products and production processes.
• Prepare regular reports on opportunity pipelines and live accounts, keeping stakeholders informed.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive approach to chasing new leads and winning new business
• Experience working in an office environment and having knowledge of lead generation
• Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
• Degree educated, a maths bias degree is preferred
• Experience within B2B sales is advantageous
