About the role

Are you a natural team leader, eager to explore a rewarding career in education? Vision for Education has an exciting opportunity tailored just for you!

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll take the lead in guiding classes of around 30 students in the absence of the class teacher. Fear not, as you won't be expected to be a subject expert in every area! Lessons will always be pre-planned, and your role is to facilitate learning, manage classroom dynamics, maintain accurate registers, and seamlessly handover to the absent teacher.

We are collaborating with schools in Trafford to identify candidates for our innovative Cover Supervisor positions, with the potential to progress to daily supply work or longer fixed-term contracts.

Requirements for the role are:

• Have a degree or equivalent education
• Be a natural leader with the confidence to guide the lesson in the teacher absence
• Have a genuine passion for education
• Have a willingness to learn and grown in your career
