My Client, a specialist UK based Consultancy which specialises in Hydrology, Civil and Transport Engineering, is searching for a Graduate Hydrologist to be based in Leeds.
Applicants are required to have a strong MSc and/or BSc in a relevant discipline including Environmental Science, River Basin Dynamics, Hydrology or Geography and have a keen interest in flood risk, surface water and drainage.
It is also beneficial for applicants to live locally in Leeds as you will be required to work from the office three days a week.
This exciting role will offer you training and support and the chance to join a friendly team based in Leeds. This exciting role will involve varied Flood Risk, Surface Water and Drainage Projects for residential, commercial, industrial and renewable energy projects for Private Sector Clients, Local Authorities and Housing Developers.
You will be trained by the team to complete technical work including;
-Flood Risk Assessments for Planning Applications.
-SuDS Assessments.
-Drainage Strategies.
-SuDS Design.
-Surface Water Management Plans.
-ES Chapters.
-EIA Scoping.
-Nutrient Neutrality Assessments.
This role offers hybrid working.
