About the role

The onboarding team are an outbound sales team. They are responsible for converting our prospective customers to active customers through opening an account with us. This is achieved through developing a deep understanding of our customers using our specialist sales skills. Success is measured on when the customer trades with us.


This role is a telesales role where you will be:

  • Meeting / Exceeding your calling and sales targets. This includes achieving your objectives and key results (OKR’s)
  • Measured by the number of first trades as this demonstrates the quality of conversation you are having
  • Improving your Sales Skills in line with our customer centric, Internal Training Qualification

This position sits on our Private Client Sales team, who are all ambitious and working to achieve their targets and help the business grow. The more the business grows the greater the opportunity for our people.

Salary and Benefits

  • An entry level salary of £27,500 (£32,500 OTE) rising to £32,500 (£37,500 OTE) within 9 months upon achieving the required promotion levels of our graduate scheme
  • Beautiful office in Hammersmith completes with a communal bar, gym, cafe, and stunning views of the city.
  • The role is initially office based moving to hybrid working once achieve to level 2 of the graduate scheme. This is to provide the training and support needed to succeed in the scheme.
