Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Based in Fareham, near
Portsmouth
Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is looking
for two additional Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join
our exciting team in Fareham. We are one of the fastest growing
recruitment companies in the Solent area and a company with a proven
track record with many high profile clients across the UK. These
positions are trainee positions for recent graduates and no previous
experience is required.
Recruitment Consultants at Blueprint
come from a wide variety of backgrounds, so we are interested in
receiving applications from graduates from all types of courses,
whether Arts, Sciences or Humanities. Our office environment is fast
paced and exciting and requires quick-thinking, the ability to work
under pressure and initiative.
Blueprint's team of Graduates
are enthusiastic, positive and have a determination to succeed. Above
all they have confidence in using the telephone and the ability to
ensure their natural communication abilities shine through.
The
role involves establishing and maintaining strong business
relationships with clients as well as sourcing and interacting with
professional candidates in order to match them to relevant vacancies.
