We're looking for a brand savvy, creative thinker to join a marketing team at what is an extremely exciting time for the brand. This role will support on the day-to-day creative requirements for the brand and marketing team but will also play a pivotal role in the shaping of the brand's creative direction. This is an exciting challenge and opportunity for an ambitious junior creative.
- 26,000 - 28,000 DOE
- Poole - Permanent
- Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 6pm
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Early finish on Fridays during Summer
- 1000 to spend on company products.
We're looking for designers who have a strong portfolio of work (either example designs from freelance/ university or from a previous role), who can demonstrate a passion for the field and who have an ambition to grow with, and shape, a brand.
As Graphic Designer you will have a strong focus on the following areas:
- Supporting the marketing team with key creative admin tasks such as catalogue creation, product image photoshopping and image lighting adjustments
- Supporting the Marketing Exec with website and newsletter assets
- Play a collaborative part in the creative direction of the brand
- Contribute to the creative direction of key marketing campaigns
- Ensure all designed digital based communications follow the multichannel seasonal concepts and are consistent with the brand guidelines
- Maintain consistency across brand assets
- Ensure consistency across multi-channel (Wholesale, D2C and Retail stores) tradeshows and showrooms
- Keep up to date with key industry trends
As a designer we will be looking for you to have experience in the following areas:
- Strong experience across Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom
- Designing print materials
- Designing digital assets
- Contributing towards ideas for, and designing, marketing campaigns
- Experience with brand assets and brand guidelines
