Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer to join an award-winning architectural practice based in their Romsey office.
 
This offers an exciting opportunity to join a team that specialises in facilitating Architecture, Urban Design, and Visualisation services. Collating roughly 70 members of staff, this is a rapidly developing company made up of driven and motivated designers, architects, and technologists, who are now looking for a new Graphic Designer to help deal with a strong growth period. The practice is spread across three offices based in London, Portishead, and their modern open plan studio in Romsey, where this role is situated.  
 
Becoming an integral part to a dynamic working environment, you will contribute to projects that vary across an array of sectors, including Residential, Traditional, Contemporary, Senior Living, Design & Build, and Mixed Use ensuring no two days will be the same! Within these sectors, you will be working closely with project leaders and design teams, conducting day-to-day tasks such as plans, public exhibitions, coloured drawings, as well as playing an instrumental part in making architectural visions a reality. 

To succeed in this role, it is expected that you have exceptional team working skills as well as the ability to work independently when asked to. Innovation is at the heart of this practice, so a creative mindset and keen eye for detail are important to align with the company’s values. Furthermore, communication, the ability to solve problems, and time management are key skills required to ensure projects are delivered to their expected high standard and before designated deadlines. 
 
With regards to technical skills for the Graphic Designer role, candidates need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Graphic Design to accompany advanced knowledge in Adobe Suite tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

The salary for this position ranges from £25,000-£33,000 depending on previous experience, as well as numerous additional working bonuses such as a Company Pension Scheme, Flexible Hybrid Working Arrangements, and Regular Social Events. 
 
The Role: Graphic Designer 

• Degree within Graphic Design 
• Live within commutable area to Romsey with car and driving license 
• Experience working within architectural/construction company 
• Passion for Architecture 
• Any previous experience in 3D rendering programmes and Social Media is desirable 
• Ability to use Adobe Suite
