Grass Cutting Operatives (Driving Licence Required)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Grass Cutting Operative to join my clients team in Cheam, London, on a temporary to permanent basis. As a Grass Cutting Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining grassed areas within Cheam SM3 and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

· Operating ride-on and pedestrian mowers to cut grassed areas to the required height and standard.

· Driving company vehicles to transport equipment, tools, and materials to different locations within Cheam and surrounding areas.

· Conducting routine inspections of grassed areas to identify any hazards or maintenance requirements.

· Assisting with additional grounds maintenance tasks such as hedge trimming, weeding, and litter picking as required.

· Following health and safety guidelines to ensure safe working practices at all times.

· Providing excellent customer service to clients and members of the public when working on-site.

Requirements

· Valid UK driver's licence

· Previous experience in grounds maintenance

· Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment such as ride-on mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers.

· Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to grounds maintenance activities.
