Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Deeside

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible Working Hours

Are you passionate about maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest standards? We are currently seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative. As a key member of the grounds maintenance crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our outdoor areas are pristine and well-maintained for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and planting.
• Operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment and tools.
• Ensure all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
• Assist with landscaping projects as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize work.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work Monday to Friday with flexible hours as needed
