Group Financial Controller

We are delighted to be working as the retained partner for a market leading Technology specialist, who are unmatched in the local region for success and investment and can boast significant growth, both organic and through acquisition.

This is an exceptional role that will give you the perfect setting to build and develop a best practice process that takes full ownership of the group reporting process, leading a specialist team and improving across the whole groups reporting cycle.

All applicants must be qualified, preferably chartered having progressed into a production, Technology, engineering or manufacturing environment and it is essential you can show a strong level of leadership with clear understanding of reporting and business improvements via strong finance processes.

You must possess strong management and coaching skills, be an excellent communicator and lead with the required gravitas to drive the business at all levels.
You will have a strong background within reporting, although not necessarily at the same level and any previous experience of a P.E backed organisation would be highly beneficial.
