We are excited to be looking for a Group IT Business Analyst - Projects to work in our Group Head office at Tubney Woods, Oxfordshire. This is a newly created role that will offer an exciting opportunity for a BA with demonstrable expereince to develop and grow.  The purpose of the role is to work on a variety of projects globally to develop and extend the efficient use of our strategic business systems.  You will collaborate closely with all teams within the organisation (together with external partners) to elicit requirements, review existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvements.

You will conduct detailed investigation and specification of business requirements always striving to adhere to standard global processes.  You will develop a deep understanding of requirements by collecting data and delivering analysis to develop and implement solutions. 

Key responsibilities

  • Understand and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders across the company
  • Interpret business requirements and simplify them for easy analysis to enable prioritisation of workload against strategic objectives
  • Play an active role during the implementation of proposed changes
  • Work in close collaboration with the Global Process Owners, technical development, and application support teams to ensure requirements are understood, managed and delivered effectively
  • Communicate effectively with the relevant stakeholders and ensure knowledge transfer is completed for each specification
  • Work with the wider project team and internal customers to ensure configuration of the applications meet their needs

Key Skills: 

  • In depth knowledge of requirement specifications and development, process flows, and developing business use case scenarios
  • An understanding of process modelling, agile and waterfall development methodologies
  • Exposure to ERP Systems
  • Delivery of high-quality outputs to time in high pressured environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication sills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Must be organised, able to work unsupervised possessing strong Office 365 skills
  • Scope management

This role is a hybrid role with the main location being Tubney Woods. We work 8.00 until 4.30 Monday to Thursday and finish at 1.00 on a Friday so you can start your weekend early.
