About the role

The Guarantee Coordinator ensures operational excellence in responding to all Guarantee/Aftersales related requests for help covering all of our customers.

What you’ll do in the role

Administration:

  • Manage all incoming channels to the Aftersales Department within the Kustomer system

  • Primary contact for customer requests for help and ensuring all enquiries are dealt within a sufficient timeframe

  • Escalate any cases as and when required to the Aftersales Manager

  • Assist in the processing and uploading of Secondlife products onto the Website and processing shipments

  • Tracking pack and spare part shipments, liaising with couriers/service providers, creating commercial invoices

Inbound/Outbound Processing:

  • Processing incoming Guarantee related items for repair, replacement.

  • Processing incoming Guarantee related items for repair, replacement.

  • Manage the efficient dispatch and shipping of all spare parts and outbound ‘Guarantee’ related items

  • Ensure all Guarantee related outbound items are accurately labelled and shipped

  • Tracking shipments as and when required

Stock records:

  • Ensure all customer spreadsheets and databases are kept up to date regularly with accurate data

  • Ensure all stock inventory spreadsheets are updated accurately as and when required

General, including:

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product

  • Highlight and track any new & reoccurring pack quality issues to the Aftersales Manager
