HGV Class 1 Driver ADR

Full Job Description

We are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Container Drivers with an ADR Licence, for a leading logistics company at their site based in the Knowsley area.

As part of the logistics Team, you will be responsible for completing HGV Class 1 Container work to Ports across the UK.

Hours & Pay

• Monday - Friday
• Start Times between 0500 - 0800
• £15 PAYE or £17p/h Umbrella
• £15 Allowance for every ADR Job Completed

Job Role:

• Driving a HGV Class 1 Vehicle to complete container work across the UK
• Completing ADR work when required - this could be between 1 and 3 deliveries per shift
• Moving Containers to and from ports across the UK
• Making container deliveries to RDC's
• Completing Vehicle checks and paperwork
• Shifts between 10 - 13 Hours depending on the run details

Skills & Experience

• HGV Class 1 Driving Licence, CPC & Digi Card
• ADR Licence
• 12 months HGV Class 1 Driving Experience
• Previous experience of container work is essential for this role and must also have an in date dock card
• No more than 6 points for minor endorsements
