Full Job Description

Backline Logisticsare looking for atemporary HGV Class 2/ Category C Jet Vacuum Tanker driver and operative, for ourPlymouthbased client.

This role is on atemporary basis.Normal hours are10-hour shiftsstarting from07:00am, Monday-Fridaypaid at14.00 per hour PAYE. Some occasional nights away will be required and accommodation will be provided for these.

The ideal candidate will have had at leastone yearof HGV Class 2/Cat C/ Rigid vehicle experience.Previous jet vacuum tanker experience is essential. ADR and HGV Class 1/ Category C+E are desirable but not essential. Jet vac services are often relied upon by clients facing emergencies and serious problems. Operators will need to work efficiently and safely while delivering a high standard of customer service.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• You must hold a full UK Class 2/ Category C License with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
• You must hold a current and valid CPC and digital tachograph card.
• CSCS card Preferred but not essential.
• Have previous experience with high pressure jet vac vehicles.
• Possess a broad knowledge of driving rules and regulations.
• Be clean and professional at all times.
• Possess good written and spoken communication skills.
