Vector is actively seeking an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team at a thriving highways and drainage contractor located in West Sussex. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to embark on a rewarding career journey.

Position Overview:

As an integral member of our team, you will operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle equipped with vacuum hose. Collaborating closely with our skilled operatives, you will assist in the operation of machinery for the clearance and maintenance of drains, as well as the collection of non-hazardous waste.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about learning new skills and are eager to spend time both driving and engaging in hands-on tasks.

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence with HGV Class 2 (category C) entitlement and full CPC.
• Desirable qualifications include CSCS, High Pressure Water Jetting, and Streetworks certifications.

Shift Schedule:

• Monday to Friday rotation: 2 weeks days and 2 weeks nights
• Day Shift: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Night Shift: 5:00 pm - 3:00 am

Compensation:

hourly rate: 13ph/16.25ph
