Job Title – HGV/LGV Class 2 Day Driver

Location – Rugby, Warwickshire

Contract – Temp to Perm

Shift availability – Monday to Friday 08:00am

Driver Resource Recruitment are seeking to recruit a recruiting for a HGV/LGV Class 2 Day Driver for our client based in Rugby, Warwickshire.

My Client is a privately owned business conveniently located in Rugby at the heart of the UK motorway network. The company has been operating successfully since 1989 providing a quality delivery service around Ireland and the UK.

This HGV/LGV Class 2 driving job involves the below:

• Multi-drop work – Average of 12 deliveries based in the same area & maximum 3 collections
• Loading/unloading vehicles – electric pump trucks
• Must be physically fit and able to work quickly for on time drops
• Start time 08:00am
• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays

PAY RATE EXCLUSIVE OF HOLIDAY:

MON - FRI £14.28 - HOLIDAY IS TO BE PAID SEPERATE

The successful HGV/LGV Class 2 Driver will be required to have the following……

• At least 2 years minimum HGV C qualification
• Flexible attitude to work
• HGV/LGV C Licence
• CPC card
• Digi card
• High vis & Safety boots
• Clean & professional appearance
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• No DR or IN conviction codes
• Must have a good understanding of English and be a good communicator, paperwork involved.
