Full Job Description

Experienced Health and Social Care HR Advisor

Salary: £28k to £33k per annum

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Location: Eton, Windsor

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for employee relations and general HR enquiries for the group. you’ll work closely with the HR Manager, operational managers, and colleagues to provide expert HR advice and support on a full range of HR issues including complex ER cases such as disciplinaries and grievances, redundancies, appeals, organisational re-structures, and TUPE whilst managing risk appropriately.
  • Work with the HR Manager on projects, HR systems, policies, and Processes
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR regulatory requirements, guidance, and developments.
  • Providing training and development to the HR administration team and upskilling managers to meet the company policies and processes
  • Project work with a focus on staff retention.

Desirable:

  • Experience of multi-site environment.
  • Experience of working in a Care (CQC regulated) setting.

About You

To be successful you will need to be experienced in managing a large volume of employee relation cases and be able to demonstrate excellent employment law knowledge. You will need to CIPD level 5 qualified as a minimum or demonstrate relevant experience.
