£28,000 - £33,000
Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.00pm
Hybrid working

Are you a skilled HR professional looking for an exciting new career opportunity?

My client is seeking a passionate HR professional to be a vital part of an established forward-thinking company based in North Kent.

The successful HR professional will have previous HR advisory experience, knowledge of current employment law and the natural ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues at all levels.   

Your duties will include:

• To work closely with HR team colleagues, providing support to all team members and managers dealing with confidential, complexed situations

• Driving recruitment and onboarding
• Performance management
• Acting as the first point of contact for hiring managers and employees
• Employee relations

The successful candidate must have/be:

• A CIPD Level 3 or above
• Knowledge of UK Employment
• A good knowledge of MS Office particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven HR advisory experience or equivalent
• Impeccable communication skills
