Elevation Recruitment Groups HR Division are currently working with
a leading manufacturing business in Leeds who are
looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing HR
Team due to the organisation’s recent organic growth and success.
As a HR Advisor, you will be reporting directly into the HR
Manager, who will mentor and support the right candidate and offer
them a clear progression plan. This leading employer has a fantastic
work culture and provides their workforce with opportunities to

This is a fully generalist role, with a focus on Employee Relations, as a HR Advisor your day to day duties will include:
- Advising and coaching the management team & providing consistent advice on employment law
- ER related matters including investigations, grievance, disciplinaries and dismissals
- Managing the Employee Life Cycle – Assisting with recruitment, selection and onboarding
- HR Reporting to provide regular updates to Senior Leadership team
- Supporting with recruitment needs where required including advertising and CV sifting
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
- Proven experience of operating as a HR Advisor
- A strong understanding of employment legislation
