Full Job Description
A part-time HR Advisor vacancy has arisen to join a manufacturing company based in Stourport-on-Severn. An office-based role, you will be required on-site Tuesday - Friday, totalling 19 hours per week. Working in a team of two, responsible for a site of approximately 100 employees.
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for -
- Talent acquisition - writing job descriptions, arranging interviews and completing offers and contracts
- Completing exit interviews, identifying initiatives to increase employee retention
- Arranging performance and probationary reviews
- Completing disciplinaries and grievances
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
- Managing and monitoring annual leave and absences, including preparation of attendance information for payroll
- Any general HR administration tasks as required
Ideally for this HR Advisor role, you will have -
- CIPD level 3 or higher
- Experience with talent management
- Proven experience of improving staff retention
- Good organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
On offer for this part-time position -
- Part time hours of Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 2pm (1pm finish on Fridays)
- Offering a salary of 30-35k pro rata
