Full Job Description

Adecco Public Sector are proud to be working in partnership with an innovative and ambitious Education establishment to recruit a HR Business Partner on a fixed term contract for 6 months initially.

Salary: circa 50,000k

North London, hybrid working available.

As the HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to provide advice and guidance on people practices such as employee relations, succession planning, performance, wellbeing, recruitment, staff retention, learning and development.

This is a key role to build and develop effective relationships with stakeholders across your designated business area, and to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that are aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.

You will be responsible for leading and project managing the remodelling and restructuring both from a HR and business area perspective. This is a key role to ensure employee engagement is maximised throughout this period of change and to provide support during the change curve.

Candidate Requirements

  • Significant experience in a HR Business Partner role within a Higher Education environment.
  • Previous experience in managing TUPE, restructures, and change projects.
  • Experience in implementing new people related initiatives and ways of working.
  • Previous experience of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels and can influence and be the trusted advisor for your department.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • CIPD professional membership or equivalent experience.
