HR Business Partner / Employee Relations Manager - Hedge Fund - up to 100k base + large bonus potential

Full Job Description

A hugely successful, multi-billion dollar AUM Hedge Fund, expanding its global HR function, are looking to make a newly created HR Business Partner hire.

Working in a developed, yet expanding HR function, the hire will take global ownership for ‘Employee Relations’, with coverage to manage DEI, culture, wellbeing, employee engagement and inclusion. This is the first hire of its kind, so the hire will set new company policy + they will run manager new global programmes.

Candidates should have 5-10yrs experience in HR, with a strong background in employee relations / employment law / DEI / culture. My client typically like to hire candidates with a strong academic record and tech skills.

The role will ideally cap at a £100k base as a strong performer will earn a large % of this number in a year-end bonus. A top pension & healthcare package is included + fully subsidised breakfast and lunch daily.
