Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on
behalf of an organisation based in Bath.
The Opportunity
The client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR advice and build relationships to achieve objectives set out by the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a mixture of generalist HR duties, alongside project work, providing key HR input to specific strategic projects and programmes.

- Two year fixed term contract
- £44,000 - £53,000 per annum
- Hybrid working (2 days on site, 3 remote)
- Generous annual leave allowance
Requirements.
- CIPD qualification
- Experience handling HR related projects
