At least 2 years` experience in HR and/or Training | E |
Experience of employee related matters and excellent knowledge of HR Policies, best practices and up to date employment legislation | E |
Understand confidentiality and personal integrity when dealing with sensitive employee data and information. | E |
High performance coaching | D |
Experience of working in a unionised enviroment | D |
Competent communicator at all levels, approachable, diplomatic and a good mediator | E |
Highly effective planning and organization capabilities | E |
Able to work on own initiative within agreed parameters | E |
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy | E |
Team player with the ability to interact and build rapport with managers and and employees at all levels or the organisation. | E |
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ideally to an advanced level | E |
Knowledge of HR & LMS Systems and has the ability to learn new systems quickly. | D |
