Location: Melton Mowbray
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000

In this role you'll be the driving force behind our employment-related cases, providing strategic insights and efficiencies to elevate our HR department to new heights.

Person Specification:
- Previous experience working in a HR Advisor/Officer role
- Passion for HR and improvement initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills
- Approachable and positive personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- CIPD qualified (Preferred)
