Due to our rapid expansion and growth Rituals UK and Ireland is seeking a highly experienced and professional HR Operations Manager  to join our amazing team.

Reports into Senior HR Operations Manager.

Based in our London Strand Office 3 days per week, and 2 days from home.

JOB PURPOSE

Lead the HR Operations team who are responsible for providing full end to end HR administration support to the UK and Ireland employees.  Be an operational and pragmatic leader to our HR Operations team and lead by example. Develop and implement HR processes, HR reporting and business compliance as well as full management of internal HR systems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage, coach and develop the HR Operations team
  • Deliver process improvements across the HR and Payroll Teams; defining key role and responsibilities and agreeing departmental KPIs and SLA’s
  • Responsible for the overall management of our internal HR systems (Workday, Quinyx, SalesForce, TrustID)
  • Develop new operational policies, procedures, guidelines and ways of working to build the HR Operations toolkit.
  • Drive and deliver efficiencies through improved service provision with third party services.
  • Ensuring all HR policies are in line with the changing business needs whilst meeting legislative guidelines.
  • Partner with key functions in the business to ensure a full suite of live Company policies and procedures are available to drive consistency in the delivery across our Head Office, Retail and Wholesale teams.
  • Updating and maintaining the Employee Handbook.
  • Support Reward and Payroll processes, leading the annual salay review and bonus cycles
  • Lead HR Operations projects in line with UK and Ireland legislation (Right to work checks, data accuracy for payroll purposes, employee personnel files) as well as system implementations.
  • Collaborate with the Global HR Operations team and other stakeholders to improve and develop ways of working on both a local and global level.
  • HR KPI reporting, maintain data integrity and reporting

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience

  • Strong HR Operations background within a retail environment with a proven track record of workflow improvements and HRIS implementation.
  • Has extensive experience with HR systems (Workday desirable).
  • Can demonstrate an understanding of current employment legislation and data management in line with GDPR.
  • Articulate with excellent written communication skills, and good eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and efficient with a great sense of humour, empathy and work ethic.
  • Open to feedback with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of their work.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
