Full Job Description

Mission

Ensures the administrative management and payroll of the employees within his/her scope, from their hiring to their departure from the company. 
 

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensures the administrative follow-up of the personnel within his/her scope : Collects, verifies, and stores organizational payroll data. Inputs changes, which may include changes to employees or employee statuses, exemptions or withholdings, or bank information

  • Controls time and absence management : verifies the consistency of checking, verifies the staff working time, manages absences

  • Pays the employees within his/her scope

  • Manages personnel files : maintains personnel registers and files in compliance with Group regulations and rules

  • Is the preferred point of contact with external third-party vendors

  • Warns in case of malfunction : answers employees' questions, notifies his/her hierarchy about weak signals, etc.

Profile
  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2-3 years of experience
