Full Job Description

We are excited to be recruiting for a HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team!


We are looking for someone with the confidence and experience to help us deliver the high levels of service our candidates and clients expect, working alongside our consultants to nurture existing and new relationships in our HR and business network.


In this role, you will support our fee earning recruitment consultants with by assisting with the delivery of HR Recruitment assignments and managing candidate relationships. This will include undertaking candidate searches, conducting interviews, liaising with clients, updating our recruitment system and feeding back to candidates throughout the recruitment process.


We would love to give you a finite list of duties and responsibilities, but the reality is that we are a small team, and everyone here is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in to support each other so agility is key to enjoying life as part of team SB.


This role would suit someone with recruitment or HR experience, who is brilliant with people and a genuine interest in HR&D and it would be great if you already had good interviewing skills and have used tools including Linked In Recruiter.


You will be joining an amazing team of lovely human beings who are all passionate about HR Recruitment and the HR sector, and who make the best colleagues (we may be biased there!).

We believe in flexible working, operate a remote working strategy and are open to part time and full time work so we can be open to how the role is structured in terms of hours and location, however a North West base is our preference as it works well for our network.
