Job Description Qualifications:

We have an opportunity in Boeing Global for a Human Resources professional to support our business and human resources strategy in the Europe, Israel and Ukraine region. Every Boeing business unit and function is represented across the region (24 countries). The successful candidate will provide support to the regional HR leadership team, interact with other BG HR leaders and HRBPs, and operate in a project lead capacity for the HR team for projects impacting the region.

This role supports a global business and may require work schedule flexibility.  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Understand and support regional, functional, business unit and enterprise priorities and structure.
  • Help build and facilitate organizational plans across the region; partner with regional HR teams and various BUs and functions on resourcing strategies focusing on staffing, retention and attrition including forecasting resource needs.
  • Project manage and coordinate for medium to large scale implementation of policy and process across region.
  • Collaborate, prepare content and aid in execution of regional talent and people strategy.
  • Interface with regional HR leader and teams on requested deliverables and meeting preparation
  • Utilize HR data systems, ensure accuracy, prepare reports and interpret insights.
  • Prepare meeting content and agendas, including relevant data in preparation for leadership briefings and talent meetings in partnership with TM focals.
  • Review and track performance against priorities and business plans.
  • Execute business level requirements in conjunction with HRG/HR Operations team and entity HR teammates.
  • Facilitate collection of data, review information, ensure accuracy for submission.
