Full Job Description

Job Role:

We are recruiting for a HR Team Administrator to support Learning and Development, HR & Talent with all associated administration tasks.

Responsible for:

  • Daily HR processes to support onboarding including, right to work checks, DBS checks and reference requests.
  • Data integrity, ensuring our HR System (Bob) is up to date and accurate.
  • Creation of HR reports and board reports
  • GDPR data protection and data retention.
  • Scanning confidential files
  • Rewards, including reward gateway, Hill incentives.
  • Updating the people section or our intranet.
  • HR annual processes, transfer, leaver, probation letters
  • Apprentice university administration and onboarding
  • Creating L&D reports
  • Reconciling L&D data, and accurate record keeping
  • Booking training courses, and associated meeting rooms, lunches and booking lists.
  • Organising training material
  • Liaising with training providers
  • Managing the L&D system (How Now)
  • Working across all systems (Bob, How Now & Team Tailor) being a super user, assuring they all work together seamlessly.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working in HR - basic knowledge of contracts and policies.
  • Experience using Bob / How Now & Team Tailor or similar systems
  • Good excel skills
  • An eye for detail and accurate work
  • Working in a busy fast paced environment
  • knowledge of right to work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in associated administration of degree-level apprentices, working with universities.
  • Fast learning, good attitude toworking collaboratively
