Job DescriptionThis is a
lovely role for a HUNGARIAN s peaker who likes
customer care and is based around the READING area. There will be full
training provided in this position and plenty of opportunity to grow
your responsibilities and move up in the organisation if you have a
talent for looking after customers. The company is within the
automotive sector and you will deal with classic inbound calls. There
is an admin content and the team is friendly and warm.

The Role:
You will support
automotive dealerships in Europe and will be the frontline
representative of the company. This is an inbound role in which you
will support automotive dealers who will be submitting financial data.
The role will involve a significant amount of excel work
.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone and email
- Log customer queries
- Looking at financial data coming from dealerships, using excel to match information
- Provide product training to dealers
- Advise on products
- Help customers navigate the various products
- Daily use of excel to upload data
Skills:
- Fluent Hungarian
- 6 months previous experience working in a customer care role
- Excel
