Full Job Description

Are you a Handyman living in and around London? Then join our leading Building Maintenance and Facilities Managment Company.

MUST have own tools, experience, van/vehicle and right to work in the UK.

Duties:
- Working on voids on social housing and local government works
- Carpentry, tiling, plumbing, bathrooms, kitchens, doors etc.

About you;
- Valid CSCS card
- Own van/vehicle
- Proficiency in various trades: plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs. Gas and electrical experience not requiried.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ensuring client satisfaction.

8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
8 hours paid a day.
20 p/h. Long term work for the right candidates.
