Full Job Description

A large scale Residential New Build project require a time served & experienced Handy Person / Finishing operative to attend their project in Maghull L31 Area of Liverpool for a long-term position on this project ensuring all properties are completed to a high standard.

Rate of pay: £19.25per hour.

Start time: 07:30am

Main scope of work will be following an internal snagging list, touch-ups with final fixings and fittings too.

Candidates must provide evidence of previous work in similar role i.e., relevant references as well as should be able to provide some of own tools.

• Valid CSCS card (Essential)
• Own tools
• Be available for long term ongoing work!
• Handyman experience on residential new build site.
