As a head chef, you would be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations of a restaurant or food service establishment. Some of the typical duties and responsibilities of a head chef may include:

Menu planning and development: Creating new dishes, updating menus, and ensuring the quality and consistency of food offerings.

Kitchen management: Managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
