Our restaurants are set in themost beautiful costal locations across the Devon and Dorset, so our guests willfeel connected to the incredible fresh seafood that we serve.

Our chefs get to work with thebest sustainable seafood, MSC certified or caught and managed in the Southwestof England, direct from our Brixham fish market.

Our managementtraining program is second to none and you will get to work with the bestproduce and the best people in our industry.

The salary for this role is up to £47k OTE - Including a £2,000.00 bonus after 12 month's service.
