We are looking for a Head Chef for our Pool house restaurant.  The successfulcandidate will be working under the guidance of Michael Caines offering a healthyand exciting menu in our brand new poolside restaurant overlooking the estuary.

Whatyou’ll be doing

●       Managing the rota for your small team in line with the businessneeds

●       To be fully aware of the Company’s Food policy and food handlers responsibilitiesin line with legislation and contractual                                      obligations

●       Assist with seasonal menu planning and development

●       To ensure Standards of Service are consistently achieved

●       Competent in the use of Outlook, Word and Excel

Whowe’re looking for

●       You will need to be focused, motivated, well organised as well asbeing passionate about fresh local ingredients

●    A steady, strong and professional personality is key, along withgreat communication skills

●       Has a real sense of passion and pride for the brand and restaurant

●       The ability to produce high quality seasonal menus whilstachieving agreed targets of profit, revenue and customer satisfaction

●       Have proven similar industry experience

-         You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or ExeterCentral train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village.It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.

-         In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part ofthe recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence ofeligibility.
