We are looking for a Head Chef to join the family. 


The Pavilion Arms is a newly refurbished Bournemouth pub with 11 beautiful boutique bedrooms, located just 15 minutes’ walk from the town centre and its famous beaches, and only a 10 minute walk from the train and bus station.

On the menu we’re passionate about seasonality and locally sourced ingredients, working closely with our suppliers to create exciting takes on British pub classics, and a focus on fresh fish, seafood and steaks. Behind the bar you’ll find award-winning Butcombe beer and cider, and a great selection of wines and cocktails.

Our stylish bedrooms are full of personal touches, with super comfy beds and stunning bathrooms. Whether you’re planning a Bournemouth beach break with the family or a romantic Dorset escape, we’ll make it special.

Outside, our covered terrace area and rear beer garden are perfect spaces for al fresco drinking and dining all year round.
