In anticipation of our menu re-development, we are lookingto recruit a

Head Chef (designate)

£30- £35k basicsalary + £5k Targeted Bonus

To lead our team of our teams ofprofessional chefs, in one of our purpose designed, well equipped kitchen.Producing quality fresh food & maintaining ours standards, in a fast movingrestaurant operation.

Managing our high company standards of foodGP%, BoH wage%, Due Diligence & Kitchen Hygiene.

Experience in a volume quality foodoperation is essential, basic computer knowledge Excel/Word will be required.

Culinary Flair, Creativity &Operational Practicality are qualities we are looking for in your

Menu Development & Food Costing (following company systems & procedures).

You will be a key influential member of the management team
