Who are we looking for?

• An interest in latest food trends and creating exceptional dishes
• Passionate about food and culinary excellence
• Experience with recruiting and retaining a kitchen team 
• Passionate chefs who can maintain 5 star standards in a busy food operation
  
• Can work with labour targets and achieve GP targets
• Experience in menu creation and costing
• Has excellent leadership and people management skills.
