Applicants must have a minimum of three year's experience of running a fast paced kitchen, creating new menus, maintaining a 5 star hygiene rating and of training and motivating less experienced kitchen colleagues.

We currently substantially cater to food allergy sufferers and vegetarians with our menus and the successful candidate will be confident creating gluten free options.

The nature of our business means that there are both quiet and fast paced periods. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to the change of pace and to use the quieter periods to prepare for the busy moments and to maintain the kitchen to the high standard of cleanliness and compliance we’ve achieved.

We are a small to medium sized team who consider ourselves a working family. We work together harmoniously and support each other in our roles. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to join the team and to support happy, supportive, working relationships.

Due to our idyllic, semi-remote location, having some form of transport is essential.
