Head Concierge

7am to 7pm 4 on 4 off

Queens Park, NW6

30k to 35k depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced Concierge with some proven staff management and leadership experience to take care of day to day operations of a modern private residential apartment block. Your prime responsibility is to not only provide a concierge service to the residents and cover the lobby desk but also lead, manage and motivate a small team of concierge staff to ensure that exceptional customer service is achieved. Duties will include, maintaining an effective managerial relationship with staff, monitoring and reviewing all logs and systems of record keeping, dealing with administrative matters relating to the management of the development and staff, overseeing all front of house operations relating to the development, monitoring all matters of a Health & Safety nature, ensuring that the development is patrolled on a daily basis, and collating and overseeing the daily management of records and logs relating to all aspects of the building. All candidates must have a solid proven track record within a 5* environment, supervisory experience, have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task efficiently, and be brimming with self-motivation and initiative!
